ISLAMABAD, Jan 8 (APP):Gold prices declined in the local market on Thursday, as the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs 600 to settle at Rs 466,162, while the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs 515 to Rs 399,658, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Likewise, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs 472 to Rs 366,366, whereas silver prices also registered a decrease, with 24-karat silver per tola went down down by Rs 236 to stand at Rs 8,125 and 10 grams of silver fell by Rs 203 to Rs 6,965.
In the international market, gold prices decreased by $6 to $4,438 per ounce, while silver by $2.36 to $76.50 per ounce, the association reported.
