Gold prices decreased in the local market on Tuesday, with the price of 24-karat gold falling by Rs800 to Rs465,336 per tola, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

ISLAMABAD, Sep 1 (APP):Gold prices decreased in the local market on Tuesday, with the price of 24-karat gold falling by Rs800 to Rs465,336 per tola, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold declined by Rs686 to Rs398,950, whereas 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs629 to Rs365,717.
In the international market, the price of gold fell by $8 to $4,428 per ounce, the association reported.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola dropped by Rs50 to Rs7,129, while the price of 10 grams of silver declined by Rs43 to Rs6,111.
The price of silver in the international market decreased by $0.50 to $66.50 per ounce, the association added.
