ISLAMABAD, Mar 3 (APP): The price of 24 karat per tola gold decreased by Rs 13,900 on Tuesday and was sold at Rs 549,962 against its sale at Rs 563,862 in the local market, the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported.
The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also witnessed decrease of Rs11,917 to Rs471,503 from Rs 483,420, whereas the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold declined by Rs 10,925 to Rs432,226 from Rs443,151.
The rates of per tola silver decreased by Rs 1,146 to Rs 8,904 from Rs 10,050 while that of 10 grams silver went down by Rs 983 to Rs 7,633 from Rs 8,616.
The price of gold in the international market decreased by $139 to $5,272 from $5,411, whereas that of silver went down by $11.46 to $84.20 from $95.66, the Association added.
