Gold price surges by Rs 5,300 to Rs 424,162 per tola

ISLAMABAD, Oct 31 (APP): The price of per tola 24 karat gold increased by Rs5,300 on Friday and was sold at Rs 424,162 as compared to Rs 418,862 on the previous trading day.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold rose by Rs4,544 to Rs363,650, whereas 10 grams of 22 karat gold increased to Rs333,357.

The price of gold in the international market also went up by $53, reaching $4,018 per ounce.

Similarly, the price of silver per tola advanced by Rs158 to Rs5,192, while that of 10 grams rose by Rs136 to Rs4,451. The international silver rate also increased by $1.58 to $49.30 per ounce.
