FESCO resolves over 61,019 consumer complaints in September

FAISALABAD, Oct 21 (APP):Faisalabad Electric Supply Company has resolved 61019 consumer complaints received through helpline 118 and SMS 8118 during September 2025.
Deputy Director Complaints FESCO Hafiz Shahzad said here on Tuesday that Power Information Technology Company (PITC) released monthly performance report of FESCO’s Call Center 118 and revealed that total 61,460 complaints were received during September 2025 and out of these, 61,019 complaints were promptly resolved while action on 441 complaints is still in progress.
Giving some details, he said that FESCO First Circle received 16,025 complaints, Second Circle 18,954, Jhang Circle 3,899, Sargodha Circle 15,180, Mianwali Circle 2,986 and Toba Tek Singh Circle 4,449 complaints. The nature of complaints mainly related to new connections, wire replacement and other technical issues.
He said that under the continuous guidance of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) FESCO Engineer Muhammad Aamir, FESCO Headquarters’ central complaint center is operating round the clock to ensure prompt redressal of consumer grievances.
The 118 helpline is fully functional, facilitating the consumers to lodge all types of complaints easily while SMS service 8118 is also available for registering issues via text message.
He urged FESCO officers and employees to work collectively for enhancing the company’s public image and to prioritize customer care, emphasizing that a satisfied consumer is the true reflection of the company’s performance.
He directed all concerned staff to stay proactive in resolving electricity-related issues and to ensure immediate action on every complaint received.
