FAISALABAD, Nov 11 (APP):Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) will auction multiple commercial and residential plots of various categories through an open auction scheduled for November 26, 2025 (Wednesday) at 11 a.m. in FDA main office.
Chairing a meeting, FDA Director General Muhammad Asif Chaudhry said that the auction would include public utility sites located in private housing schemes as well as residential and commercial plots situated in FDA-controlled colonies.
He reviewed details of the plots selected for auction and said that total 114 plots located in various housing schemes would be auctioned including land reserved for public welfare facilities such as education and healthcare.
He said that 20 public utility plots in FDA-controlled residential colonies including Madina Town, Millat Town and Quaid-e-Azam Block on Samundri Road would also be offered for auction in addition to 99 Mohalla shops and 45 commercial plots in Ahmad Nagar Commercial Centre.
He said that the auction would also feature shops located on various floors of Gulistan Plaza at Millat Chowk in Gulistan Colony for rent along with two plots measuring 4.75 kanals near Hockey Stadium in Madina Town.
Similarly, the plots designated for bank branches in Iron Market, Ahmad Nagar and Millat Town would be offered on lease through competitive bidding, he added.
He directed that all arrangements for the auction should be completed in a transparent manner and widely publicized through multiple media channels to ensure public awareness.
He approved the terms and conditions for participation and instructed that prospective bidders should be provided complete information and guidance to eliminate any ambiguity.
Director Estate Management Junaid Hassan Manj said that the plots being offered are located at prime sites within various housing schemes, making the auction a lucrative investment opportunity for interested individuals and business entities.
Additional Director General Qaiser Abbas Rind, Director IT Yasir Ejaz Chattha, Deputy Director Estate Management Mian Asad Majeed and other senior officers were also present in the meeting.
