Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Director General (DG) Muhammad Asif Chaudhry has directed that indoor sports facilities at Sports Complex in FDA City should be further upgraded, emphasizing that all safety and precautionary measures at the swimming pools must be made comprehensive.
FDA directed for upgraded facilities at Sports Complex
FAISALABAD, Apr 21 (APP): Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Director General (DG) Muhammad Asif Chaudhry has directed that indoor sports facilities at Sports Complex in FDA City should be further upgraded, emphasizing that all safety and precautionary measures at the swimming pools must be made comprehensive.
He issued these instructions during a detailed inspection of the Sports Complex. Additional Director General Qaiser Abbas Rind, Chief Engineer Mehr Ayub, Directors Asma Mohsin and Yasir Ejaz Chattha, Manager and Assistant Manager Sports Complex Rizwana Kamal, Chaudhry Tariq Nazir, and other officers accompanied him.
The DG FDA particularly inspected the swimming pools launched for the current season and directed that, alongside men, the women’s swimming pool should also be opened in a safe and secure manner.
He further instructed the addition of more modern machinery in the gymnasium and ensure complete safety and responsible maintenance of other sports courts.
He also directed the management of the Sports Complex to organize paddle tennis competitions and sports galas to keep sporting activities vibrant.
The DG FDA stressed the importance of maintaining security, landscaping, a pleasant environment, and efficient administrative and official affairs, while ensuring uninterrupted provision of quality facilities to members.
