FCCI demands facilitation for real estate sector

FAISALABAD, Jul 28 (APP):Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI) Senior Vice President (SVP) Qaisar Shams Gucha has demanded facilitation for real estate sector to fully capitalizing its investment potential and overcoming horrifying shortage of houses in Pakistan.
Talking to a delegation of DHA Bahawalpur, he underlined the role of Faisalabad in investment in diverse sectors of the economy and said that investors are ready to invest in DHA provided the government ensures persistent and uninterrupted policies.
He assured that a delegation of the FCCI members linked with the real estate sector would visit DHA Bahawalpur to explore new investment opportunities.
Brigadier Muhammad Naveed Iqbal, Project Director DHA Bahawalpur, explained the salient features of this mega project and said that special incentives would be offered to the investors and FCCI members.
He was optimistic that the policy rate would be trimmed very soon paving way for the investors to shift their capital from banks to the real estate sector to earn sizable profit.
Later, Qaisar Shams Gucha and Brigadier Muhammad Naveed Iqbal exchanged shields of their respective organizations.
Earlier, DHA Bahawalpur arranged a special dinner in Serena Hotel for FCCI members dealing in real estate.
