ISLAMABAD, May 15 (APP):The Chairman Federal board of Revenue (FBR) Syed Muhammad Shabbar Zaidi here on Wednesday met with the delegation of presidents of different Chambers of commerce and Industries at FBR headquarter.
The visiting delegation include presidents of CC&I Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Gujrat, Haripur, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Hattar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and others.
Talking at the outset the Presidents appreciated various steps taken by Chairman FBR and Assets Declaration Scheme-2019 announced by the Government saying that these measures would help to expend tax net and promote tax culture in the country.
The members of business community also pledged to play a positive role in the development of country’s economy and also further hinted to get benefit of announced Assets Declaration Scheme by availing it.
Beside other the members of Tax Reforms Implementation Committee also participated in the meeting.
