Banks to observe holiday on Youm-e-Takbeer
KARACHI, May 27 (APP):The State Bank of Pakistan, Monday, announced public holiday on May 28 on the occasion of Youm-e-Takbeer.
The State Bank of Pakistan,in a statement issued here, informed that the central bank “will remain closed on May 28 being public holiday on the occasion of “Youm-e-Takbeer”, as declared by the Government of Pakistan.”
Subsequently, all banks, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and Micro Finance Banks (MFBs) will also remain closed on May 28 across the country.
