ISLAMABAD, May 31 (APP):Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiative Professor Ahsan Iqbal on Saturday congratulated the entire nation on Pakistan’s star javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem’s gold medal clinch in the Asian Athletics Championships 2025, currently underway in Gumi, South Korea.
Commending his success, the minister said that the passion, determination and hard work with which Arshad Nadeem raised the flag of Pakistan across the world by winning the gold medal is an inspiring example for our youth.
“His success reminds us that when a son of the nation sets his mind to something, no power in the world can stop him”, he added.
Ahsan paid heartfelt tribute to Arshad Nadeem, adding his achievement reflects the true spirit of the ‘Uraan Pakistan’ that we are dreaming of—where every Pakistani reaches heights in his field, and the country is at the forefront of the race for development.
Ahsan Iqbal said as Arshad Nadeem has brought glory to Pakistan in the field of sports, similarly, through ‘Uraan Pakistan’, the government has taking the country on the path of prosperity in the fields of economy, education, science and technology, and innovation.
“This is our commitment, and this is our promise: we are determined to propel Pakistan toward progress and success in every field.” Ahsan remarked.
