ISLAMABAD, June 3 (APP): A sum of Rs 34.314 million has been allocated for executing one ongoing and a new scheme of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony under Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) during 2016-17.
According budgetary document, Rs 3.486 million has been
allocated for construction of Boundary wall with barbed wire and special repair
of building including mosque at directorate of Hajj, Quetta.
Departmental Development Working Committee (DDWP) had approved
the estimated cost of the project in Nov 10, 2015. The estimated cost
was Rs 6.486 million while Rs 3 million had already been spent on it upto June
30, 2016.
A sum of Rs 30.828 million has been set aside in the budget for the
construction of Training hall at Directorate of Hajj, Quetta. DDWP has already
accorded approval to the project.
