LORALAI, Jun 03 (APP): Police in Loralai district have intensified operations against criminal elements, taking firm action in cases of aerial firing, drug trafficking, and robbery. Several suspects have been booked and arrests made as part of the ongoing crackdown to ensure public safety.
In separate incidents of aerial firing, police registered cases against seven individuals, including two grooms, in Nasirabad and Qariabad.
The cases were filed under the supervision of SHO City Loralai Muhammad Sharif Musakhail, with further legal proceedings underway.
Meanwhile, the CIA Loralai conducted a successful raid against drug dealers, arresting a suspect identified as Azizullah son of Abdul Rahman, resident of Panchap. Led by Sub-Inspector Muhammad Anwar Jalalzai, the team recovered one kilogram of hashish and one kilogram of crystal meth (ice). A case has been registered under the Control of Narcotics Act, and investigations are ongoing.
In another operation, Police Station Sadiq Ali Shaheed Loralai arrested a fugitive wanted in a robbery case. The suspect, Abdul Qudoos son of Allah Bakhsh, resident of Pathankot Loralai, was apprehended under case number 31/2025 (Section 392). The arrest was made by a team led by Sub-Inspector Muhammad Akram Hamzazai, with further interrogation in progress.
Police officials stated that operations across the district will continue without discrimination to eliminate crime and protect the lives and property of citizens.
