QUETTA, Jul 20 (APP):Balochistan Governor Jaffar Khan Mandokhel on Monday stated that the complex challenges facing Balochistan require serious measures and sustainable solutions, emphasizing that Pakistan’s economic future is directly linked to the peace, stability, and development of the province.
He remarked that just as development cannot flourish without peace, peace cannot be maintained without social justice and public trust.
Furthermore, he highlighted that it is imperative to ensure the participation of youth in policy-making and decision-making processes so that every young person becomes an active partner in the development and prosperity of Pakistan.
He expressed these views while speaking to Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan’s Central Deputy Ameer Liaquat Baloch and Provincial Ameer and Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) Maulana Hidayatur Rehman Baloch at the Governor House in Quetta.
On this occasion, Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhel said that the first condition for ensuring the construction of a bright future is to recognize the true role of our youth, the largest part of our total population consists of youth whose energy and creative abilities represent our greatest strength.
He said that today’s circumstances require us to rise above our personal interests and work together for the development and prosperity of the country and nation saying that it is the responsibility of political leaders, religious scholars and conscious individuals of the society to highlight collective interests, encourage political dialogue, strengthen social harmony and play a practical and constructive role in the development of the nation.
The Governor said that through joint efforts, we could build a peaceful, prosperous and developed Balochistan.
