QUETTA, Apr 08 (APP): Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti on Wednesday said that provincial government is committed to developing the talents of young athletes and providing them with opportunities to move forward, and to achieve this goal, special attention is being paid to the development of the sports sector.
He said this while talking to International kickboxer Nisar Ahmed called on him here.
Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Engineer Zamrak Khan Achakzai was also present on the occasion.
During the meeting, Nisar Ahmed informed the Balochistan Chief Minister about his sporting journey, achievements, challenges faced and future goals.
The Chief Minister appreciated the performance of the young athlete and said that the talented athletes of Balochistan are bringing glory to the province at the national and international levels.
He said that the government is committed to developing the talents of young athletes and providing them with opportunities to move forward, and to achieve this goal, special attention is being paid to the development of the sports sector.
On this occasion, he announced all possible support to the young boxer Nisar Ahmed and said that the government would continue to patronize talented athletes so that they can achieve more successes at the global level and bring glory to the country and nation.
The Chief Minister reiterated the commitment that through the promotion of sports, the youth could be attracted towards positive activities and effective steps would be taken to solve the problems faced by them.
