Foolproof security arrangements made in Balochistan for celebration of 12 Rabi-ul Awwal: Babar

On special directive of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti and Provincial Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove, comprehensive, effective and foolproof security arrangements were made across Balochistan including Quetta for celebration of 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal to maintain law and order and protect the lives and property of citizens. 

QUETTA, Aug 26 (APP): On special directive of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti and Provincial Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove, comprehensive, effective and foolproof security arrangements were made across Balochistan including Quetta for celebration of 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal to maintain law and order and protect the lives and property of citizens.
He said that as a result of which the religious procession of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) concluded in a peaceful atmosphere.
While talking to APP on the occasion of 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal, Assistant of Balochistan Home Minister Babar Khan Yousafzai said that, thank God, extraordinary and commendable security arrangements were made across the province on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).
He said that the law enforcement agencies performed their duties with utmost responsibility, sense of duty and spirit of service, for which he paid great tribute to the officers and personnel of the police, FC and other security agencies.
He said that in the light of special instructions from Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti and Provincial Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove a security plan was prepared before 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal, under which special security arrangements were made on the routes of religious processions, important highways, sensitive places and other important installations.
Officers and personnel of the police, FC and other law enforcement agencies were deployed at different places with full responsibility.
Babar Yousafzai said that the security personnel performed their duties with utmost responsibility and alertness throughout the day and gave top priority to the protection of the lives and property of the participants of the processions, citizens and the public.
Along with monitoring the routes of the processions, special attention was also paid to the internal and external routes, important places and sensitive points, while effective measures were also taken to maintain traffic flow and protect the citizens from any kind of difficulty.
He said that he himself participated in the main procession of Quetta and observed the security arrangements on the spot.
He said that the presence, efficiency and professional approach of the officers and men of the security agencies were commendable, the officials not only performed their duties well on the routes of religious processions but also took all possible steps to provide complete security to the public and the participants of the procession.
The Assistant for Home said that maintaining law and order on an important religious occasion like 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal was a big responsibility, which was fulfilled by the Balochistan Police, FC and other law enforcement agencies in a full-fledged manner.
He said that Alhamdulillah, the processions of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) were held in a peaceful atmosphere in the province, which is the result of the best strategy, mutual communication and effective supervision of the security agencies.
He said that the Balochistan government is utilizing all resources to maintain law and order situation and protect the lives and property of the citizens.
He said that cooperation between the agencies is also being ensured to make security more effective during religious festivals and public gatherings.
Babar Yousafzai said that he deeply appreciated and congratulated the officers and personnel of Balochistan Police, FC, administration and all other law enforcement agencies who performed their duties with utmost dedication, bravery and responsibility on the occasion of 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal.
He said that the public also cooperated fully with the security agencies, for which he is also grateful to the citizens, scholars, religious leaders, organizers of the procession and all the participants.
Due to mutual cooperation, discipline and excellent performance of the law enforcement agencies, this holy occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (peace be upon him) was celebrated with peace, devotion and religious fervor throughout Balochistan, he said.
