QUETTA, Jun 30 (APP): Deputy Commissioner (DC) Chaman Habib Ahmed Bangulzai on Tuesday directed all the departments to make their communication more effective, improve the delivery of public services and ensure effective implementation of government policies.
He said this while presiding over a meeting of district coordination committee.
The meeting was attended by Commanding Officer 40 Frontier Force (FF) Chaman, SP Chaman, Commanding Officer ISI Chaman, IW Chaman, Commanding Officer CT Chaman, Commanding Officer MI 304 Chaman, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Chaman, Assistant Commissioner (AC) Chaman, Assistant Director IB Chaman, District Officer CTD Chaman, Circle Officer Special Branch Chaman, Anti-Narcotics Officer, District IT Officer Chaman, besides land departments, all administrative officers of the district, representatives of law enforcement agencies and relevant officers of various departments.
During the meeting, a detailed review was taken of the overall law and order situation in Chaman district, the return of illegally residing Afghans, the performance of the Health Department, the Education Department, Roads, pipelines for water supply berms and solarization, police and other government departments.
The heads of all the concerned departments gave a detailed briefing on their respective performance, ongoing projects, issues being faced and future plans.
The Deputy Commissioner directed all the departments to make their communication more effective, improve the delivery of public services and ensure effective implementation of government policies.
The meeting expressed the resolve that all the institutions would continue to perform their responsibilities under mutual cooperation and a coordinated strategy to maintain law and order in the district, advance public welfare and development affairs more effectively.
