CM Balochistan praises security forces for successful operations in Surab, Mastung

QUETTA, Jul 22 (APP): Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti has lauded the successful intelligence-based operations carried out by security forces in Surab and Mastung districts, commending the Pakistan Army, law enforcement agencies, and other security institutions for their effective actions against terrorists.

In a message posted on social media platform X, the Chief Minister said that the elimination of terrorists during the past 48 hours is clear evidence of the professional capabilities and determination of the security forces. He noted that targeting terrorist hideouts has thwarted the nefarious designs of anti-state elements, while the arrest of individuals involved in planning suicide attacks marks a major achievement for law enforcement agencies.

Sarfraz Bugti reaffirmed that every conspiracy to destabilize peace in Balochistan will be foiled. He stressed that terrorist groups operating under the patronage of India and their facilitators will be pursued until their logical end, ensuring that the soil of Balochistan is never used by enemies of the state.

Chief Minister emphasized that the Government of Balochistan stands in complete solidarity with the security forces and law enforcement agencies, pledging full cooperation until terrorism is eradicated. He reiterated that protecting the lives and property of citizens remains the government’s foremost responsibility, with all available resources being utilized to maintain peace.

Sarfraz Bugti further stated that through the collective efforts of the federal government, security forces, and law enforcement agencies, the menace of terrorism will be eliminated. He assured that the journey toward sustainable peace, development, and prosperity in Balochistan will continue at all costs.
