Shahbaz congratulates PML-N winning LG candidates

LAHORE, Nov 1 (APP): Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif
here on Sunday congratulated candidates of Pakistan Muslim League-N
on winning first phase of local bodies elections.
He said that people have once again exposed those raising hue and
cry of so-called rigging in general elections of 2013, as the PML-N candidates had achieved glorious success in local bodies elections
due to the support of people.
Shahbaz Sharif said that politics of service, trust, honesty and
transparency has won. He said that people have rejected badly those
doing negative politics and leveling allegations. He said the splendid victory of PML-N has proved that people greatly love with party
leadership. He said the success of PML-N candidates in such a large
number proves that people want continuity in the policies of PML-N government under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
Shahbaz Sharif said that those created hurdles in the journey
of development through useless sit-ins during last year should learn
a lesson from their defeat and those doing politics of lie should
review their negative attitude.
The Chief Minister said that historic victory of PML-N has shut
the mouth of those leveling allegation of so-called rigging. He said
the result of local bodies elections has proved that people hate
protest politics and want development and prosperity of the country.
The Chief Minister said that people have totally rejected those creating
hurdles in the development of the country in local bodies elections. He said that peaceful and prosperous Pakistan is the agenda of PML-N and PML-N government is working round the clock for accomplishing the mission of development of the country. He said that all out measures are being taken to get rid of terrorism, energy crisis, poverty and unemployment.
Shahbaz Sharif said that no effort will be spared for achieving
the goal of progress and prosperity and bringing the country out of darkness. He asked winning candidates to thank Almighty Allah and
make service to the people as their motto. The Chief Minister said
that the successful candidates should come up to the confidence of
the people reposed in them and utilize all their energies for
resolving their problems.
