FAISALABAD, Nov 3 (APP): Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf leader Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar said on Tuesday that results of local bodies elections in the first phase in Punjab were as per their expectations.
Addressing a press conference here, he said his party was making preparation for the next general elections and claimed that it would clean sweep in the elections.He said the PTI would field its candidates for the chairmanship of district council, city councils and mayorship and would not allow the PML-N to walk over.Ch Sarwar said PTI would also review its performance in the local bodies elections and adopt a strategy to overcome all shortcomings to contest the elections in the second phase of LB polls.
