AJK revenues decrease by Rs 21 bln due to incompetence, corruption of incumbent government

MUZAFFARABAD, May 28 (APP): Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Barjees Tahir Saturday said that the revenues of Azad Jammu and Kashmir had decreased upto Rs 21 billion due to incompetence and corruption of the incumbent government.

Addressing Youm e Takbeer Workers convention, he said the
people of Kashmir would never forgive their looters and plunderers. PPP resorted to worst kind of horse trading in the election of Kashmir Council.

He said government had given Rs 300 billion to Kashmir but it was never visible anywhere. Prime Minister and President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJ&K) have started constructing their palaces with the cost of Rs 3 billion. People had no home but their rulers were constructing their own homes.

Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif wanted to give jobs to the people of the valley, construct motorways for them, provide railway facilities and above all electricity for them.

Prime Minister had conducted six atomic blasts in response to India’s five blasts.
