QUETTA, Aug 11 (APP): Air Chief Marshal, Sohail Aman arrived here Thursday and met with Chief Minister Balochistan, Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri.
He expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of lawyers, journalists and common people in the civil hospital suicide blast.
Speaking to the chief minister said, “We all are sad and grieved over the life loss in Quetta suicide blast.”
The chief minister told him that terrorists had been waging their acts of terror in the province to damage peace.
“Some elements have been playing in the hands of terrorist forces,” he said, adding, however, the provincial government would not spare the anti-peace elements.
“The law enforcement personnel have been playing a significant role in taking action against terrorists in Balochistan,” he added.
The issue of recruitment of youth of the province in Pakistan Air Force also came under discussion on the occasion.
The air force chief told the chief minister that 50 candidates from Balochistan were recruited in officer cadre and 120 in Airman cadre of the force.
