PMLN CEC pledges to foil conspiracies against Nawaz Sharif through constitutional, democratic struggle

ISLAMABAD, May 11 (APP):The members of the Central Executive Committee (CEC ) of Pakistan Muslim League(N) Friday pledged that they would continue constitutional, legal and democratic struggle to foil every conspiracy against their Quaid Muhammad Nawaz Sharif till all stains of lies against him were removed through the power of people.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Quaid Pakistan Muslim League (N) Muhammad Nawaz Sharif here.
According to a press release of the party, the members of the CEC strongly condemned the statement of chairman NAB based on the extremely irresponsible and completely false media report. Chairman NAB even rejected the reality that the report which has been made the basis of his statement was even denied by the World Bank and State Bank. According to that report there was no mention of the money laundering nor any person was involved in it.
The participants of the meeting declared with consensus that those responsible for the lies should be exposed and all steps should be taken to punish them through the present Pakistani laws.
The members of CEC supported demand of the party Quaid that the chairman NAB should either give proof of the allegations leveled by him or resign and go home.
The CEC also strongly condemned the firing on Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal and prayed for his health.
The members also considered the constitution of a central election cell, manifesto committee, parliamentary board, media committee and legal aid committee.
The CEC also decided that applications will be received for the candidature of National and Provincial Assemblies from May 15. A fee of Rs 50,000 for National Assembly and Rs 30,000 for provincial assemblies was fixed and the applications will be received at 180 H Model Town.
The CEC also condemned the mass killings and human rights violations of Kashmiris in the Indian Occupied Kashmir.
