Birjees strongly condemns extra judicial killings of Kashmiris

ISLAMABAD, Apr 26 (APP):Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Chaudhry Muhammad Birjees Tahir Thursday strongly condemned extra judicial killings of empty handed and innocent Kashmiri and asked Indian occupied forces to desist from such acts of barbarism and terrorism against Kashmiris.
In a statement, he urged international community and human rights organizations to take notice of Indian occupied forces’ brutalities against Kashmiris in the occupied valley. The Indian forces are killing dozens of Kashmiris each month.
He said Kashmir issue could not be resolved by the use of force and ultimately India will have to come on negotiation table for resolving Kashmir issue. South Asian region has the vast potential of progress and prosperity which is only possible by ensuring peace and tranquility in the region.
He said Pakistan would continue its moral, political and diplomatic support of Kashmiris till resolution of Kashmir issue that too in light of resolutions of United Nation.
He said India has failed to mark any significant success in Kashmiri despite persistent and unabated brutalities of 70 years. India was in habit of martyring an innocent youth and later declaring his as terrorist, but their shallow claims were rejected by a vast majority of Kashmiris. Later, their claims were negated by a vast majority of local inhabitants, who attend the funeral prayers of the martyred youth enbloc and openly condemn the action of Indian occupied forces against innocent youth.
He said India has been engaged in genocide of Kashmiris to change the demography of the whole region. Ultimately reducing the population ratio of Muslims in the occupied valley.
He said India was persistently increasing the number of its forces in the occupied valley to suppress freedom movement.
India would never succeed in its nefarious designs and Kashmiris will ultimately succeed in their just struggle.
