Indian ceasefire violations perilous for regional peace: Dastgir

RAWALPINDI, Apr 12 (APP):Minister for Defence, Engineer Khurram Dastgir Khan said on Thursday that India had
embarked upon perilous destabilisation of regional peace through escalation of ceasefire
violations at the Line of Control (LOC).
In a statement issue here, the minister condemned the Thursday’s unprovoked Indian firing
across LOC in Khuiratta sector that caused injuries to five civilians, including three women.
The minister said that Pakistan Army had responded Indian firing and would continue doing
that robustly. He said Pakistan Army would target Indian Army posts and installations, involved in
unprovoked firing.
