LAHORE, Feb 08 (APP):Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Mohsin Naqvi and Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab on Saturday reviewed arrangements for the upcoming matches of the tri-nation sereis and ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 in Karachi.
Mayor Murtaza Wahab called on Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi at the Gaddafi stadium Lahore and watched the opening match of the tri-narion series between Pakistan and New Zealand.
They also reviewed the arrangements for matches at the National Stadium Karachi and the facilities for cricket fans. The Chairman PCB thanked the Mayor of Karachi, for the full cooperation of the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation in organizing cricket tournaments.
Mayor Murtaza Wahab praised Chairman Mohsin Naqvi for completing Qaddafi Stadium in record time and said, “Indeed, Mohsin speed is evident in cricket. Well done, Mr. Naqvi!” He also mentioned that seeing the beautiful and high-quality Qaddafi Stadium made his heart happy. “You deserve the credit for making Qaddafi Stadium the most beautiful stadium in the world.”
Murtaza Wahab also congratulated Chairman Mohsin Naqvi for the colorful inauguration ceremony of Qaddafi Stadium.
