ISLAMABAD, Mar 16 (APP):Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry on Friday said the court orders would be followed if former president Gen (R) Pervaiz Muhsarraf fails to return Pakistan.
An application sent by Musharraf’s lawyer through courier was received regarding provision of security on his arrival, he said talking to a private news channel.
“The concerned ministry had written a letter back for asking time, date and place of arrival so that necessary security could be provided to Musharraf, ” he said.
If Musharraf did not fulfill his promise to return, then the government would follow the court orders regarding his traveling documents, passport and bringing the person back through legal means,
he added.
