QUETTA, Jan 20 (APP):A 15-day professional training program in collaboration with Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC) has begun at the Progressive Education Network (PAN) office in Nokundi on Monday.
According to press released issued here, the training was conducted by experienced master trainers from Provincial Institute of Teacher Education (PITE) Quetta, the training program aims to develop the professional skills and teaching methods of teachers on modern lines.
The inaugural session focused on Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Childhood Teaching Strategies, in which the participants were exposed to basic sciences and practical techniques.
The training sessions will focus on various topics to provide a comprehensive learning experience.
This program is a practical example of Reko Diq Mining Company’s commitment to improving the quality of education.
The press release said that the training is expected to bring about positive changes in teaching methods in PAN schools, which would contribute to the all-round development of students and improve the quality of education in the institutions.
The participating teachers belong to Chaghi, Noshki and other districts.
At the end of the training, 10 teachers would be sent for further training to the Agha Khan University in Karachi where they will be trained as Master Trainers.
This initiative will significantly enhance the professional development and commitment of teachers.
