Yemen Ambassador to Pakistan visited UET Peshawar

PESHAWAR, Jan 23 (APP):The Ambassador of Yemen to
Pakistan, H.E. Mohammed Motahar Alashabi, visited UET Peshawar on Tuesday.
The Ambassador along with Education Advisor, Yousaf Almas
met with the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Iftikhar Hussain and senior team. The
delegation was briefed on the degree programs and delineates the benefits of
admission at UET Peshawar for Yemeni students. Also present on the occasion was
Director Admissions Dr. Misbah Ullah who briefed the Ambassador on issues
related to admissions process for Yemeni students.
The Ambassador thanked the Vice Chancellor for invitation
to UET Peshawar and briefing on academic programs. He considered the mission of
UET Peshawar to bring both countries together for joint efforts for development
a noble cause.
He welcomed the opportunities offered by UET Peshawar and
hoped that more Yemeni youngsters could have access to specialized institutions
in future. Later, the Ambassador also met with graduating students from Yemen.
