Constitution of Think Tank proposed for evolving mechanism to resolve Kashmir issue

ISLAMABAD, Jan 12 (APP):A national level Think-Tank should be constituted for preparing the mechanism to resolve the
core Kashmir issue.
Talking to Leader of the House in Senate Raja Zafar-ul-Haq, a 15 member delegation comprising the members of legislative assembly of Azad Kashmir, Hurriyet Conference and representatives of
political parties said that the Think-Tank should have the mandate to maintain a close liaison with the government of Pakistan, political parties, and Parliament House about the latest position in Kashmir.
The delegation said that the Kashmiri leadership has decided to meet with country’s prominent leadership to brief them about the prevalent situation in the Indian Held Kashmir (IHK). The delegation Friday met with Leader of the House in Senate Senator Raja Zafar-ul-Haq in first phase of their campaign.
Zafar ul Haq was told that Kashmir Day would be observed on February 5 in befitting manner. The delegation asked media to present Kashmir issue in effective manner. They urged AJK Radio ,TV to counter Indian propaganda effectively.
Amir Jamiat Ulema e Islam, Maulana Saeed Yousaf said the parties were agreed to resolve Kashmir issue in accordance with resolutions of United Nations.
Convener All Parties Kashmir Coordination Council, Abdul Rashid Turabi said the whole nation is at one page on the issue of Kashmir. Chaudhry Latif Akbar urged constituting consensus foreign policy.
Convener Hurriyet Conference Faiz Naqashbandi said special desks should be established in Pakistan embassies abroad for providing detailed information about Kashmir issue.
Speaker Legislative Assembly Shah Ghulam Qadir urged Pakistani political parties to ensure highlighting Kashmir issue in their public meetings.
The delegation included Speaker AJK Legislative Assembly Shah Ghulam Qadir, Convener All Parties Kashmir Coordination Council Abdul Rashid Turabi, President PPP AJK, Chaudhry Latif Akbar, Amir Jamat e Islami AJK, Dr Khalid Mehmood Khan, Vice President Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Khawaja Farooq Ahmed, Secretary General All Parties Coordination Council Chaudhry Matloob Ibqualibi, Member Legislative Assembly Saghir Chughtai, Amir Jamiat Ulema e Islam Maulana Saeed Yousaf, Convener APHC, Ghulam Muhammad Safi, Convener APHC Mir Waiz Faiz Naqshbandi and Information Secretary Jamat e Islami Azad Kashmir Muhammad Zakir.
