OCA kabaddi coaches course

LAHORE, Jan 04 (APP): Around thirty-five coaches and technical
officials are attending the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) technical coaching course for Kabaddi at the National Hockey Stadium here.
The course is being conducted by the Pakistan Kabaddi Federation
(PKF) in collaboration with the OCA and the support of Sports Board Punjab.
PKF Secretary Rana Mohammad Sarwar, Director Coordination Pakistan Olympic Association Mian Mohammad Rafiq and a senior kabaddi coach Badshah Khan delivered lecture on various aspects of the game and its technicalities.
M Rafiq apprised the participants in the Olympic Movement, while
Rana Sarwar informed them of the introduction of beach kabaddi in the recent years. He said that to move forward for victory, there is always need to adopt new ways and understand the new developments in the sport.
Badshah Khan said that coaches should understand the weaknesses of each and every player and guide them to overcome those gray areas.
The participating coaches belong to Punjab, Sindh, Balochistam,
Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Army, Air Force, Navy and Wapda. There are 25 male and 10 female officials attending the course and Sports Board Punjab is providing all basic needs to them.
