SWAT, Aug 12 (APP):The district administration is taking concrete measures to ensure blessings of the chief minister’s Awami Agenda programme at the grassroots level.
As part of efforts, Assistant Commissioner Khwazakhela, Muhammad Idrees, paid a surprise visit to the Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Khwazakhela late Sunday night and inspected various wards, including the emergency ward of the hospital.
He also interacted with patients and their attendants. He assessed the availability of medical facilities, the provision of medicines, and the presence of doctors and other staff in the emergency ward.
Deputy Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Khwazakhela, who accompanied him during the visit, provided details on the current situation of the hospital.
The assistant commissioner instructed him to ensure the provision of the best medical facilities, staff attendance, and availability of medicines at the hospital.
He said that any negligence in these matters would not be tolerated.
