QUETTA, Aug 05 (APP):Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kachhi Captain (R) Jameel Ahmed Baloch on Monday led a rally on Youm-e-Istehsal to express the solidarity with Kashmiri brothers. The officers of district administration and people belonging to different schools of thought participated in the rally. The participants carried banners and placards with slogans in favor of oppressed Kashmiris facing Indian atrocities and usurpation.
Addressing the participants, the Deputy Commissioner said that the whole nation was united on the issue of Kashmir. Celebrating the Youm-e-Istehsal on August 5 is an expression of solidarity with the Kashmiri people, he said adding that India had turned Occupied Kashmir into a prison, the entire nation stood with Kashmiris till their freedom. He said that we were ready to make any kind of sacrifice till the freedom of Kashmir saying that Kashmiri brothers did not consider themselves alone.
The DC further said that the world has to play its role to implement the UN resolution on Kashmir, Pakistan and the people of the country wanted a peaceful solution to Kashmir. Kashmir is the lifeline of Pakistan and celebrating the Exploitation Day at the same time across the country is a living example of solidarity with the Kashmiri people, he noted.
The DC said that the Indian government had deprived innocent Kashmiris of their right to live on August 5, 2019, India was doing atrocities on Kashmiris which was not a good omen, they would not remain silent on the carnage on Kashmiris.
Kashmir is an important part of Pakistan and will always remain because Pakistan is incomplete without Kashmir, he noted. He urged the United Nations to take notice of these atrocities and brutality of India.
