RAWALPINDI, Aug 04 (APP):Police have arrested a suspect who was allegedly involved in shooting and killing a citizen and injuring another in the jurisdiction of Taxila police station here Sunday.
According to the police spokesman, Hasnain Ali shot and killed Awais and also injured Faheem over old enmity.
Hasnain Ali was already wanted by the Taxila police in connection with two cases from 2022.
SP Potohar Nasir Nawaz praised SHO Taxila and the team for their quick action and assured them that all legal procedures would be followed to ensure the suspect was punished.
He emphasized that the safety of citizens’ lives and property is the top priority, and all available resources are being used in this regard.
