MIRPURKHAS, Aug 04 (APP):A solemn ceremony was held at the Police Complex Mirpurkhas on August 4 to commemorate Martyrs’ Day, paying tribute to police personnel who sacrificed their lives for peace and security.
SSP Mirpurkhas Captain Retired Asad Ali Chaudhry led the event, reciting the Holy Quran, offering prayers, and laying flowers at the Martyrs’ memorial.
In his address, SSP Chaudhry praised the martyrs’ sacrifices, saying, “We stand shoulder to shoulder with their families and will always prioritize their care.” He emphasized that the martyrs’ bravery and dedication to duty will never be forgotten.
The ceremony was attended by dignitaries, including DSPs, martyrs’ families, and respected citizens. SSP Chaudhry met
with the families of the martyrs, distributed gifts, and assured them of support in solving their problems.
The event concluded with a meal shared with the families, symbolizing solidarity and respect.
