MIRPUR (AJK), Jul 24 (APP):Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Chudhary Anwar ul Haq Wednesday said that all resources would be utilized to provide the people with basic amenities of life.
He expressed these views while speaking to a public delegation, which called on him under the leadership of Advisor to the State Government, Sabiha Siddique in Kotli district.
Speaking on the occasion, PM Haq said, “It is the responsibility of the government to protect the rights of every citizen irrespective of caste and creed”.
He maintained that the provision of all the basic amenities to the masses including education and health would be ensured.
The prime minister praised Sabiha Siddique for her political activism and commitment towards the people.
Speaking on the occasion, Sabiha that she would continue to strive for the rights of the people at every forum.
Earlier, AJK PM Anwar ul Haq attended the cake-cutting ceremony to mark 37th anniversary of District Press Club Kotli.
The AJK PM was accompanied by his cabinet colleagues including Colonel (retd) Waqar Ahmed Noor, Javed Iqbal Badhanvi, Minister of Rehabilitation, Minister of Higher Education Zafar Iqbal Malik, Minister of Public Health Dr. Nisar Ansar Abdali and Director of Information, Raja Shahid Hussain Khokhar. Whereas Presidential Adviser, Chaudhry Muhammad Mehboob, President Press Club Shahnawaz Butt and other office bearers were also present.
