PESHAWAR, Jul 24 (APP):Small Industries Development Board (SIDB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa formally launched construction work on Industrial Park Peshawar after groundbreaking ceremony through heavy machinery on Wednesday.
Besides, Managing Director (MD) SIDB, Habibullah Arif, Deputy Managing Director (DMD) Engineer Zulfikar Ali Sahibzada, Joint Director Safdar Abbas Afridi and Deputy Director Zuhaib Hassan, the representatives of Lalazar Consultants were also present on the occasion.
According to a spokesman of SIDB, the Managing Director had already issued work orders to two construction companies for the completion of this mega project of worth Rs.3 billion in a minimum time period.
He said that beside promoting economic activities in the provincial metropolis, the establishment of Industrial Park Peshawar will also generate employment opportunities for the local residents of the project area.
