FAISALABAD, Jul 18 (APP):Police have arrested two members of a dacoit gang and recovered looted valuables from them during the last 24 hours.
According to Jaranwala Sadar police, a team conducted a a raid and arrested two alleged dacoits, identified as Nasir, a resident of 216-RB, and Mujahid of Chak No. 229-RB. They had looted salesmen and a middleman.
Police recovered looted property worth Rs 1.1 million from them. Two pistols, five motorcycles, Rs 500,000 and 20 bullets were also recovered from their possession.
A case has been registered against the accused and investigation is underway.
