ISLAMABAD, Feb 18 (APP): President Mamnoon Hussain Thursday said that there were extensive opportunities to be tapped to cement the ties between Pakistan and Russia in different fields those could only be capitalized through a proactive diplomacy. The President said this while talking to Qazi M. Khalilullah, Ambassador designate of Pakistan to the Russian Federation who called on him at the Aiwan e Sadr.
