FAISALABAD, Jul 01 (APP): District Manager Punjab Health Facilities Management has issued show-cause notice to health officer of Rural Health Center Chak 30-JB over his absence from duty.
A spokesman of local administration said here on Monday that Assistant Commissioner (AC) Saddar Aurangzaib Goraya had paid a surprise visit to RHC Chak 30-JB and found its Health Officer absent from duty without proper information or permission of the concerned authority.
The AC also witnessed poor cleanliness and sanitary condition in the health center and reported the matter to District Manager Punjab Facilities Management. Therefore, the district manager Punjab Health Facilities Management issued show-cause notice to the Health Officer RHC Chak 30-JB while further action was under progress, spokesman added.
