FAISALABAD, Jun 12 (APP):Two persons, including a woman, were killed over honor at a village in the limits of Rodala Road police on Wednesday.
According to police, the accused Imran was suspicious about the character of his cousin in Chak 364-GB. He shot dead the cousin, Misbah, and threw her body in a tube well. The accused also killed the youth Shakeel Abbas of Nankana and threw his body near the village.
The police on suspicion arrested Imran, who during interrogation confessed to committing double murder.
A case has been registered against the accused on the report of Shafqat Abbas, a brother of victim Shakeel Abbas.
Meanwhile, the RPO has taken notice of double murder and sought a detailed report from the City Police Officer (CPO).
