AIOU Sukkur region observes Kashmir Black Day

SUKKUR, Oct 27 (APP): Regional Director Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) Sukkur, Prof Atta Hussain Musvi on Friday expressed his solidarity with the people of Indian Occupied Kashmir on the eve of Black Day. He expressed these views while addressing a ceremony to show solidarity with the people of Kashmir.

He said that in Kashmir, serious human rights violations were taking place and the silence of the international community, particularly the United Nations, was deeply concerning.

He said that the Pakistani nation was vehemently protesting in solidarity with their Kashmiri Muslim brothers.

Prof Musvi highlighted that on October 27, 1947, the Indian military occupied and initiated the conflict in the disputed region of Kashmir and the Muslim inhabitants of the occupied valley have been tirelessly struggling for their right to self-determination and the entire Pakistani nation stands with them.

The speakers also expressed solidarity with Palestinian Muslims and condemned the oppression and violence by the Zionist forces.
