Foggy weather to persist in next week

MULTAN, Jan 16 (APP): Foggy weather will continue to persist  in next week across the region while its intensity would start to  decrease by the end of current month.
According to Met Office sources, the intensity of foggy weather will likely to decrease by winds or drizzling. The frost could also be increased from next week and such weather will
change completely from mid of February.
The duration of winter season and fog remained less than previous years due to climate change while the maximum temperature  remain above 20 as it stood below 20 degree last year, said the sources. There was no chance of rain during the current month.
The local Met office has forecast cold and dry weather with chances of fog for the city and its suburbs during the next 24 hours.
On Saturday, maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded as 19.5 degree centigrade and 7.5 degree centigrade, respectively. The humidity was recorded 100 per cent at 8 am and 63 per cent at 5 pm.
