ISLAMABAD, June 29 (APP): Foreign Secretary Sohail Mahmood on Tuesday said Pakistan desired strong relations with Azerbaijan and would continue to extend support on its Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
The Foreign Secretary expressed these views as outgoing Azeri Ambassador Ali Alizada paid a farewell call on him here at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Foreign Secretary lauded the contribution of Ambassador Alizada in deepening the Pak-Azerbaijan relations.
He also thanked for the support of Azerbaijan for the Kashmir cause.
