CCI forms body to finalize draft of National Electricity Policy

ISLAMABAD, Jun 17 (APP): The Council of Common Interests (CCI), which met here Thursday with Prime Minister Imran Khan in chair, formed a committee for further deliberation and finalize the draft of National Electricity Policy 2021.

The 46^th meeting of the CCI discussed in detail the draft National Electricity Policy 2021 and decided to constitute a committee which after deliberation would present the final draft before the CCI in its next meeting on Monday.

The committee comprises ministers for finance, energy and law, Special Assistant to PM for Power and chief ministers of the provinces.
