Govt. allocates Rs 46,155 million for projects of Cabinet Division in PSDP 2021-22

ISLAMABAD, Jun 11 (APP): Federal government has allocated Rs 46,155 million under Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) for two ongoing and two new schemes of Cabinet Division for fiscal year 2021-22.

According to the PSDP issued here on Friday, Rs 46042.742 million has been allocated for two ongoing projects undertaken by the Cabinet Division whereas Rs. 112.258 million has been allocated for two new schemes.

The two schemes included Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Programme (SAP) for which a maximum funding of Rs 46,000 million has been allocated for in PSDP 2021-22.

Whereas an amount of Rs 42.742 million has been earmarked for Facilitation of Tourism in Islamabad – Marketing and Promotion in PSDP 2021-22.

The federal government has allocated, Rs 112.258 million for the two new schemes in PSDP 2021-22 which to be undertaken by the Cabinet Division during the next fiscal year.

The allocation for new schemes of Cabinet Division included Rs 46.112 million for Strengthening and Modernizing National Archives of Pakistan, while Rs 66.146 million has been allocated for Upgradation/Strengthening of Cabinet Division’s Aviation Squadron for Relief Operations and Enhancement of Security during the fiscal year.
