PM grieved over sad demise of Punhal Khan

ISLAMABAD, Aug 17 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz
Sharif on Wednesday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the
sad demise of Punhal Khan, the staff officer of the bomb disposal squad, who embraced martyrdom while trying to defuse a bomb in Jaffarabad.

The Prime Minister said Punhal Khan was a brave son of
the soil who embraced martyrdom in the line of duty, according to a statement issued from the PM’s Office here.

“May Allah grant him highest of ranks in Jannat and give
patience and forbearance to his family to bear this loss,” the Prime Minister added.
