Pakistan’s Oval victory special gift for nation on I-Day: PM

ISLAMABAD, Aug 14 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Sunday congratulated the national cricket team over its splendid victory in the Oval Test match against England.

“The victory is a special gift for the entire nation on the
70th Independence Day. The team players, coaches and other management deserve appreciation for the excellent team work and performance,” a press release quoted the Prime Minister as saying.

He said the players had abundantly added to the Independence Day’s celebrations with this victory.
