Frontier Regions (SAFRON), Lt Gen (R) Abdul Qadir Baloch here Monday strongly condemned the blast and firing incident at civil hospital in Quetta.
He expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of
precious human lives.
In a statement, the Minister expressed shock and grief
