ISLAMABAD, Jul 20 (APP): Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination observed "Black Day" against the Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir on Wednesday. Secretary Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination Raja Muhammad Nadir Ali along with all the officers and staff of Ministry wore black bands during working hours on July 20, said a press release. Special prayers were also offered for the martyred Kashmiris and independence of Kashmir.
